Blue and White Dress 4T

A toddler girl's sleeveless dress. The dress features a dark navy blue velvet bodice with ruffled cap sleeves, a small rhinestone embellishment below the neck and a matching navy blue satin waist tie bow around the waist which is made up of pearls, rhinestones and gold beads.  The tiered tulle skirt is cream/off-white with small gold beads attached. The many layers of the skirt makes it very full and perfect for your little one to twirl in.
